In this post we’re going to be looking into the best soulmate matches for the sign of Pisces.

Note that, while potent, Sun sign matches are not the end-all-be-all of compatibility. They are just indicators of potential synergy in a chart, but other chart aspects, including synastry, should be taken into account, too.

With that said, let’s dive into the list, starting with the most soulmate compatible sign for Pisces.

1. Cancer

First on our list of Pisces soulmates is caretaker Cancer. Neptune-ruled Pisces and Moon-ruled Cancer form a comfortable, warm, and spiritual partnership. Theirs is a relationship built on emotional connection and shared dreams.

As water signs, they are naturally intuitive, sensitive, and receptive individuals. They bond over their like-minded values regarding relationships, family, and lifestyle. Cancer brings tenderness and affection to the partnership, while Pisces provides endless support, empathy, and creative stimulation. Together, they are a pillar of love and tranquility for themselves and their community.

Pisces and Cancer are almost always in sync. Whether they start as best friends or lovers, these two water signs flow together seamlessly. Cancer’s nurturing and nesting nature helps Pisces be more organized and proactive, while Pisces’s mutable nature helps Cancer manage their mood swings more efficiently without chronic outbursts and emotional breakdowns.

Despite their differences in temperament and self-expression, there’s a profound level of attraction and alignment in this water-ruled pairing. Both signs value intimacy and long-term commitment, which means no matter how tense their relationship becomes, these two sensual signs will do whatever it takes to stay together no matter what.

At times, Pisces may become frustrated by Cancer’s crabby and cruel behaviors, and Cancer may feel limited by Pisces’s need to psychoanalyze everything. Fortunately, their friendship and mutual respect keep them grounded through tough times. This soulmate relationship will last for a lifetime as long as they learn to focus on the practical aspects of their relationships.

2. Capricorn

Second on our list of Pisces soulmates is conservative Capricorn. Water and earth go well together here. Pisces and Capricorn pairing is an exciting soulmate relationship as they balance each other out.

Pisces and Capricorn bring out the best in each other. Capricorn brings emotional maturity and mental discipline to the partnership, while Pisces adds creativity and dreaminess. Together, they create a harmonious relationship built on shared dreams and common sense.

This is an ideal combination for friendship, business, and romantic relationships. They’re both conscientious, thoughtful, and sensual individuals, which allows them to connect on many subjects, topics, and opinions.

Sexually, Pisces and Capricorn share a slow and seductive sex life. These two are known for their intimate kissing, touching, and sucking. Pisces is a fantasy-aroused lover who enjoys making their erotic dreams a reality, and Capricorn is quiet, domineering, and won’t mind bringing Pisces to climax again and again.

At times, they have difficulty expressing emotion and talking about sensitive subjects. Capricorn can be closed-off and detached, and Pisces is overly sensitive and manipulative.

Luckily, their loyalty and friendship overshadow their challenges. And as long as Pisces learns to love Capricorn’s cautious and laid-back persona instead of taking it personally, and Capricorn learns to be more expressive and affectionate, these two have what it takes to make it long-term.

3. Scorpio

Pisces’s next soulmate is sophisticated Scorpio. This fixed water sign makes a sexy and spirited partner for perceptive Pisces. These two deeply emotional water signs form an impenetrable bond from the start.

Scorpio welcomes Pisces’ passion for intimacy and staying awake all night sharing secrets, hopes, and dreams. They connect instantly over their shared psychic connection and physical attraction as water signs. Like Pisces, Scorpio also enjoys the quiet comfort of spending time cuddling on the couch or making dinner together at home.

Sexually, both signs are legendary lovers. They both are patient, intentional, and have superior stamina. These two know exactly how to please each other and can make each other climax for hours. However, Scorpio is more possessive and strong-willed than Pisces, which can be problematic when Pisces occasionally wants to go out with friends and express their independence.

At times, their close friendship and emotional connection can create dramatic outbursts, which causes Pisces to shut down. Fortunately, Scorpio and Pisces are both loyal and intuitive beings, so it doesn’t take long before disagreements between these two sensitive water signs are peacefully resolved.

So as long as Pisces doesn’t try to ghost Scorpio and Scorpio does not push Pisces away with their extreme ways, they have what it takes to go the distance. They both feel at home in their partnership.

4. Taurus

Next, we have another excellent earth soulmate connection for Pisces.

Due to their earth and water connection, they challenge each other to be the best they can be mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. As harmonious signs, they balance each other out.

Like Capricorn, Taurus encourages Pisces to be more practical and goal-oriented. Taurus shows Pisces how to ground their fantasies into a consistent rhythm so they can accomplish their dreams, and Pisces reminds Taurus that there is more to life than making money and dressing well.

In the bedroom, Pisces and Taurus are passionate lovers. As a physically affectionate and domineering fixed earth sign, Taurus does not shy away from showing Pisces how much they are wanted and appreciated. Pisces appreciates Taurus’s devotedness to making sure they feel acknowledged.

Outside of the bedroom, they make excellent business partners. Pisces is the master visionary, and Taurus has the funds and connections to make it happen.

When it comes to long-term compatibility, these two have what it takes to go the distance. At times, Taurus is turned off by Pisces’s irresponsible spending, but this can be managed with time.

As long as Taurus can control their expectations and Pisces respects Taurus’s need for stability, these two lovers will overcome any obstacle that stands in their way.

5. Virgo

The fifth and final candidate on our list of Pisces soulmates is the mutable earth sign, Virgo. This is the most polarizing and challenging connection on our list, as Pisces and Virgo are opposite signs in the zodiac wheel.

Opposite sign connections bring intense emotional chemistry and physical attraction to relationships. When two opposite signs come together, they tend to bring out the best and worst in each other. However, opposites can attract. And this is the case for the Pisces/Virgo partnership.

Neptune-ruled Pisces and Mercury-ruled Virgo share a strong passion for the healing arts and community service. They are both creative, deep-thinking, and sensual individuals who enjoy helping others. Theirs is a relationship built on practicality, fantasy, and idealism.

Virgo brings logic and detail-orientedness while Pisces adds color and emotional warmth. Pisces loves that virtuous Virgo approaches life and relationships from a laid-back, analytical perspective, while Virgo admires Pisces’s ability to dream and explore life outside the status quo.

Virgo’s critical and judgmental nature may sometimes become too overbearing for sensitive Pisces, and Pisces’s elusive and escapist tendencies can annoy Virgo. However, if they can get over their differences and find a middle ground between fantasy and reality, this relationship has the potential to last.
